Greg Barron is the Chief Executive Officer of The Barron Companies, Inc., bringing a diverse background across commercial construction, civil engineering, architecture, facility services, real estate development, and real estate financial modeling software. With nearly four decades of leadership experience, he has developed and scaled companies while leading more than $750 million in development projects across 16 states. Greg holds degrees in Management and Finance, is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Owner President Management program, and an alumnus of London Business School in Corporate Finance. He is also a published author and active board and advisory member, recognized for his focus on leadership development, strategic growth, and long term value creation. In his free time, Greg enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs, spending time with his family, working out, and outdoor activities.
Lisa leads the Barron Facility Services team and oversees day-to-day operations supporting the organization's nationwide service platform. She is responsible for operational strategy and execution across contracts, accounting, insurance, human resources, and software systems. Her diverse leadership background includes managing oil and gas operations, medical clinic operations, and a foundation in elementary education.
Natalie brings a proven history of driving business growth through strategic business development, national account management, and executive leadership. She has led nationwide teams and overseen large, multi-market portfolio accounts, building long-term partnerships that fuel scalable growth. With a foundation in entrepreneurship and marketing, she brings a data-informed approach to revenue strategy, brand positioning, and market expansion.
With more than two decades of experience guiding financial strategy and organizational performance, Charles leads enterprise financial planning, reporting, and oversight. His background includes senior financial leadership at Nike, where he strengthened financial discipline across complex business environments.

Jay brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in residential and commercial land development. His background spans project management and business development leadership within civil engineering firms. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is highly engaged in the development community, chairing and serving on numerous city and county boards.
Krystian brings over a decade of leadership experience in surveying operations throughout the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Licensed Registered Professional Land Surveyor since 2012, he holds a BS in Land Surveying and Property Appraisal from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Poland. Previously a partner at a large Fort Worth surveying firm, he brings both international and domestic experience.
Drew is a graduate of Harding University in Central Arkansas where he graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree. Drew has spent most of his career in Civil Construction and Engineering having completed heavy highway projects, single family land development as well as multi-family apartment development. Drew and his wife Jacey are from Katy, Texas where Drew was an all-star pitcher in High School having received the first full ride scholarship from Tompkins High School. He worked his way through college on an athletic scholarship pitching for the Harding Bisons. Drew enjoys hunting, fishing, and woodworking as hobbies when he's not managing multiple projects in the North Texas area.

Registered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Land Surveyor with more than 35 years of experience in civil engineering and land development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado. Throughout his career, Chuck has led complex projects involving land development, commercial site design, and municipal infrastructure. Now serving in an advisory and mentorship role, Chuck is passionate about guiding the next generation of engineers.

Jim serves on the Advisory Board of The Barron Companies, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Jim was a Congressional Representative from Texas for five terms from 1985-1997. Jim was also the former District Attorney in the eighth judicial district of Texas from 1976-1985. After serving our nation in Congress, Jim entered private law practice with offices in Austin, Texas and Washington, DC. Jim is a graduate of The University of Texas, Austin earning a BBA in Accounting then a J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law. Jim and his wife Janet reside in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.
Greg serves on the Advisory Board of The Barron Companies, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Greg currently leads 40K Strategy, a consulting firm dedicated to building business brands. A graduate of Texas Christian University, Greg has owned one of AdWeek's top 25 advertising and public relations firms in the Southwest where he served as CEO and Chief Strategic/Creative Officer from 1979-2000. After Greg sold his firm to a national firm, Greg held Executive positions with D.R. Horton Homes, Texas Dairy Queen Operators Council and ultimately as CMO for Focus Brands, the national food service brand for Carvel Ice Cream, Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls, Schlotzky's Bakery Café and Moe's Southwest Mexican Grill. Greg and his wife Diane reside in Parker County, Tx. with their many rescue dogs and horses.
Dr. Lefang serves on the Advisory Board for Axia Solutions, LLC and additionally is the Managing Partner of Belkidz Medical Daycares, both Barron Capital Partners, LLC entities. Bernard has served as C-Suite SVP for Caesars, Humana and FICO as well as owning his own real estate development company, Beldevs, LLC. Bernard earned his PhD in Operations Research and Management Science from Lancaster University, a M.Sc. in Operations Research and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Science. Bernard and his wife Joyce reside in Trophy Club, Texas.
